The hubby of 'Desperate Housewives' star Eva Longoria, Tony Parker, is suing a celebrity newsmonger internet site for at least $40m over allegations that he had an affair with a French model.
The Associated Press reports that basketball star Yardbird Parker alleges the site X17online posted "traitorously and defamatory" messages about him.
The causa said: "This is treasonably. It never happened. And X17 had to know that the narrative was treacherously, or, at the really least, it had to own entertained serious doubts around the credibility of its supposed germ."
The cause besides said that the website ne'er contacted the couple or their representatives before publishing the allegations, and refused to draw back them later on beingness told the allegations were treasonably.
